Medical Insurance Coverage  for People with Pre-Existing Conditions like high cholesterol,  diabetes, asthma, bypass surgeries and other ailments were previously impossible in the traditional health insurance market…

Ive Got Coverage is a company that provide medical insurance for everyone including  patients with pre-existing conditions.  Medicaid patients are the only people that cannot be helped with these health insurance offerings.

Ive Got Coverage can sell medical insurance in every state in the US.  However not all the plans provided are available in all states.  This is true because some states are impossible to deal with when is comes to authorizing certain packages.

There are more than thirty health care plans available .  These medical insurance plans are like traditional PPO plans. Hence obtaining medical care from providers do not carry the restrictions that are typical with HMOs.  With an HMO patients must get a referral from their primary health care provider in order to visit out of network providers.  With PPO plans a patient can visit any provider in or out of the network without a referral from the primary health care physician.  To get a quote one of these medical insurance plans click on medical insurance or call 1-888-312-3439 and mention promo code 72017106 to the customer service representative.

Medical Insurance for Seniors

Medical insurance with medicare supplements

Medicare is medical insurance coverage provided by the government for people age 65 and older.  Medicare patients must pay for deductibles, premiums, coinsurance or co-payments just like with PPO and HMOs. Original Medicare – which includes Parts A(hospital insurance) and B (doctor insurance) doesn’t pay for everything. Hence, the requirement for  supplemental medical insurance coverage call medicare supplements.  Medicare suppliments pay for the things that  part A and B do not pay for. Medicare supplements come with various coverages based on the letter designation.  There are medicare supplement plans A, B, C, D, F, G, K, L, M, and N they all have premiums in addition the the premium for Medicare Part A and Part B.

Health problems that an applicant  have prior to joining a Medicare Supplement plan are known as “pre-existing conditions.” For individuals enrolling in a Medicare Supplement plan during the open enrollment period, the Medicare Supplement plan may only make an individual wait a maximum of six months for coverage to take effect for healthcare treatment and services related to a pre-existing condition.

Prior to Obama Care, people who join medicare under the old system  with Part A and Part B  there was a need to obtain a prescription plan, Part D, to pay for prescription if there wasn’t a medicare supplement in place.  Part D required an additional premium.

Medical insurance for seniors without medicare supplements

Medical insurance coverage for seniors that do not require medicare supplements are call Medicare Advantage programs.  Some of these may be HMOs and some may be PPOs. These medical insurance plans cover Part A( hospital insurance), Part B, (doctors insurance), and part D ( prescription drugs). Plus there is limited vision and dental coverage. They have a letter designation of Part C.

Part Cs  patients must pay for deductibles, premiums, coinsurance and co-payments  similar to what is required with Part A and Part B.  Unlike part A and Part B where one premium is paid for Part A and Part B together, and an additional premium is paid for the Medicare supplement, Part C only have one premium.

However, with part C , patient who take a lot of medications or even high price medications  encounter a situation where the limits placed on their prescription cost by medicare  become exceeded. This used to be known as the donut- hole.  When the donut-hole is reached the insurance provider will no longer pay for part of medication. The patient must bare the entire cost.

Starting the year 2012 the donut-hole will no longer be a problem for seniors.  The medical act that was passed under the Obama administration iliminated the donut-hole issue. This act was responsible for stopping insurance companies from not insuring patients with pre-esisting conditions.

By the way if you are reading this and you are seeking medical insurance coverage , but you are not elegable for medicare or medicaid, you are uninsured and a member of the general population. To get coverage you must first contact a medical insurance provider by clicking this medical insurance provider link to get a quote , or call 1-888-312-3439 and mention promo code 72017106 to the customer service representative.

The Positronic Pimp asked:

Hi all. What medical illnesses/conditions/infections would prevent a person from working in a pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment? I am asking because a relative has been offered a job in a pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment, but require some kind of medical clearance before he can commence. He most likely have one or two STI from his sexual relationships. Is that likely to show up in a medical clearance / affect his chances of getting the job?

eventplanner14 asked:

I am interested in starting my own business from home as an event planner (no employees, just me).

However, I am unsure about the insurance aspect of things.

I will possibly be organising events for a large company and they have told me that I am required to take out Public & Products Liability insurance and Personal Accident cover before I can start working on any of their events. Will the Personal Accident insurance cover my hospital bills if I injure myself? If not, what insurance does?

Could you please advise what type of insurance is required for a home-based event planner.

If there are any event planners out there could you please let me know what insurance you have??

Thanks!

Forced auto insurance, seat belt laws, helmet laws, child safety seats, laws and regulations, all brought upon us by insurance companies who use government regulation to maximize their profits. Isn’t it only a matter of time before they get their friends in Washington to make Health Insurance Mandatory? Or is that the republican plan for reform?
